Delivery Locations 

Clockwork Distilling ships to all locations within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. 

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $150 or more. For orders below $150, a flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied. The free shipping option will automatically be available during the checkout process for qualifying orders. 

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times will vary depending on your location but are generally between 5-7 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order. 

Delivery Issues 

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delayed or missing packages, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and work with the courier to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If you realise that you have provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please notify us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 

Delivery Restrictions

Certain areas may have restrictions on the delivery of alcoholic beverages. If your location falls under such restrictions, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or cancellation of the order.
