Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@clockworkdistilling.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the faulty or damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@clockworkdistilling.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the incorrect product to be returned to us and the correct product to be sent out to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
