Gin martini
A gin martini is a classic cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It's a simple yet elegant drink that can be customised to suit your taste.
To make an Hourglass gin martini, start by placing your favourite martini glass in the freezer to chill. In your preferred mixing vessel, combine 50mL of Hourglass Signature Gin and 10ml of dry vermouth. Stir until well incorporated, then add ice to the mixing vessel and continue stirring until the outside of the glass is cold to the touch.
Strain the contents into your martini glass and garnish as preferred. We love a classic dry martini, finishing it off with a twist of lemon for a crisp bright punch of flavour, but please feel free to customise your Hourglass martini with as much or as little olive brine as you like for a bolder, more savoury finish - don’t forget the olives!
However you choose to garnish your drink, you will always end up with a truly extravagant and memorable cocktail experience.

The Mojito
Hourglass Gin's twist on the classic cocktail, the Mojito, is a refreshing and invigorating libation that infuses the traditional elements of the cocktail with a botanical twist.
This variation brings a unique flavour profile and elevates the Mojito drinking experience to new heights. Our Signature Gin takes centre stage as the star ingredient, replacing the rum typically used in a Mojito. This adds a layer of complexity and a delightful herbaceous character to the drink. The gin's botanical blend, featuring notes of juniper, citrus, and various spices, lends depth and richness to the cocktail.
To make an Hourglass Signature Gin Mojito, muddle mint leaves with sugar in a sturdy highball glass with a muddler or the back of a spoon. Gently press to release the oils from the mint and to dissolve the sugar.
Add 30mL of fresh lime juice and 60mL of Signature gin and stir until well combined.
Fill the glass with crushed ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with more fresh mint and lime to enhance your drinking experience.
